  • 24 or more hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refunds will be issued.
  • Once the repair service has started: No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

2. Exceptions

In the following exceptional circumstances, a full refund may be granted, subject to supporting documentation:

  • Appliance repair is deemed unrepairable after inspection by our technician.
  • Repair services were not performed as requested or were performed incorrectly.
  • Cancellation of a scheduled appointment due to extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once a technician has visited your property and provided a quote for the repair services, the service fee may be non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the repairs after the assessment. These charges will be clearly communicated before scheduling the appointment.

4. Modifications to Service Appointments

If you need to reschedule or modify your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You may modify your appointment once without additional charges.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
